Sponsored Profit is a trading name of CND Promotions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14663233. Registered office: Coppice House, Halesfield 7, Telford, TF7 4NA. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

What we collect
- Your name and email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter or sign up to use the LTV calculator.
- Newsletter engagement, such as whether you open an email or click a link in it. This helps us see which topics are useful.
- Basic site usage, such as which pages are visited, collected in aggregate to understand what readers find useful.
- Anything you send us, such as replies to our emails.
The LTV calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type into it are not sent to us or stored.
How we use it and why
- To send you the newsletter and access to members-only content. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you subscribe.
- To understand what content is useful and improve the site and newsletter. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a useful publication.
- To reply to you when you contact us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
The site and newsletter run on Ghost (Ghost Foundation), which stores subscriber details and sends our emails, using its own email delivery providers. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States. Where it does, it's covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in as a subscriber and to make the members-only pages work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or delete your account, we remove your details within a reasonable period, unless we need to keep a record for legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or delete your account from the Account page on this site.
