Before he came to us, Jeff was working with another agency. But despite having very profitable PPC campaigns and an attractive ACoS, he was concerned that he was not getting the maximum sales available. He was right, and leaving a lot of money on the table as a result.

The first thing we did was to get more aggressive with the bidding strategy. With a very healthy 50% profit margin, and a 30% ACoS there was lots of scope to bid more aggressively and still remain profitable. This allowed us to win prime ad positions and significantly improve visibility.
The existing manual campaigns focused predominantly on exact match type keywords which was severely limiting reach. Extensive keyword and match type expansion further increased visibility and, ultimately, sales.
Once we started to max out PPC sales using Sponsored Products ads, rapid expansion into Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display and Video ads. Taking up more paid real estate on the Amazon SERP allowed us to build brand awareness and gain exposure to a far bigger audience at each stage of the path to purchase and win market share.

187% Increase in Impressions. The systematic expansion of campaigns and ad formats saw a monthly impressions increase from 4.9M to 14.3M in 60 days, an increase of 188%.
This drove more PPC sales resulting in a 119% increase in PPC sales from $34,034/month to $74,823/month over the same period while retaining a desirable ACoS.
The increase in paid traffic and sales helped to increase organic sales resulting in a 61% growth in total sales revenue from $72,994 to $117,211 in 60 days.
